Five modules. One loop.

Everything MelQart does runs on one loop: detect the market move, recommend the response, wait for your approval, apply it, and keep the receipt. Each module owns a phase. You own the loop.

The filled step is you. Recommend-only by default — nothing is applied without an approval, and anything applied reverses in one click.

Pulse · Market monitoring

Pulse. Know every move the market makes.

Pulse watches the competitor storefronts you name, around the clock: price moves, promotions, new listings, and stockouts. Every observation is normalized per unit and per currency, so a box of 25 and a single unit compare fairly across storefronts and markets.

  • Continuous watch. Prices, promos, launches, and availability across every rival you track, on the cadence your plan sets. Nothing slips past between your manual checks.
  • Like-for-like normalization. Pack sizes, units, and currencies are normalized before anything is compared. You see apples to apples, with the conversion shown.
  • Freshness on everything. Every price carries its currency and when it was last seen. You always know how current the picture is.

What an observation looks like

normalized · GBP 13.96 per unit · seen 2h ago

Atlas · Pricing decisions

Atlas. The move worth making, ready for your approval.

Atlas turns observations into one clear pricing decision at a time: the recommended price, the competitor move that triggered it, the normalization applied, and the guardrail it cleared. Recommend-only by default — nothing touches your store until you approve it, and anything applied is reversible in one click.

  • Evidence attached. Every recommendation cites the exact observation behind it. No black-box numbers — you can check the reasoning before you act.
  • Guardrails you set. Margin floors, maximum drops, price floors, and daily change limits. Recommendations that would violate one are blocked before they reach you, and the block is logged.
  • A queue, not a feed. Decisions arrive ranked by impact. Approve, adjust, or decline — each takes one click, and the queue tells you what matters first.

What lands in your queue

Torpedo 25 · GBP 62.00 → 59.00 · impact 6.1%

why · rival dropped to 59.20, like-for-like

Compose · Listing & creative

Compose. Listings that answer the market.

Compose drafts listing and campaign content from the same competitive signal that drives your pricing: what rivals emphasize, where you win, and what your position supports. Every draft is fitted to your platform’s format and limits, and nothing publishes without your review.

  • Signal-driven drafts. Product copy and campaign angles grounded in observed market position, not generic templates.
  • Platform-fitted output. Drafts respect each platform’s fields, formats, and length limits, ready to paste or push where supported.
  • Operator review, always. Compose proposes; you decide. Drafts stay drafts until you approve them.

Loop · Operations rail

Loop. Approved changes, applied and accounted for.

Loop is the rail your decisions run on. When you approve a change, Loop applies it to your platform, confirms it landed, and records the result. Failures are retried and surfaced — never swallowed. Monitoring and sync run on schedule without you driving them.

  • Apply on approval. Approved price changes sync to Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla, Zid, or Vendure, and the application is confirmed, not assumed.
  • Scheduled cadence. Monitoring and catalog sync run on your plan’s cadence. The system keeps itself current so your queue is always working from the latest picture.
  • Nothing fails silently. Every step is tracked. If an application fails, it retries and tells you — a failed change never masquerades as a done one.

What the rail records

applied · Torpedo 25 → GBP 59.00 · shopify

confirmed · storefront reflects the change

rollback · available, one click

Outcomes · Action reporting

Outcomes. Every action, its result, and the receipt.

Outcomes is the paper trail. Every recommendation, approval, application, and rollback is recorded with who acted and when. You can defend any price on your store with the observation that justified it — and reverse it from the same record.

  • Complete lineage. From observation to recommendation to approval to application — one connected record per change, exportable when you need it.
  • Attributed decisions. Every action carries its operator and timestamp. Audit questions get answers, not archaeology.
  • Reversal from the record. Any applied change can be rolled back straight from its history entry. The trail is operational, not decorative.
